Can I return my order? How can I make a return?

We have a very easy return policy. Simply email us your order number to info@saraandvalentina.com, the items to be returned and the reason for the return and we will schedule a return. Check our policy

Unfortunately, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs are calculated for each order at checkout.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will be emailed tracking information for your order to destination.

Can I cancel or change my order?

In case your order has not yet been processed, it is possible to change or cancel it. However, from the moment your order is processed, it is not possible to change or cancel it.

I have placed an order during a purchase. Can I return my order?

All orders placed during the purchase are final and therefore cannot be canceled.
