Refund policy

For our part, we hope that all the items are to your liking and have arrived promptly at their delivery address in perfect condition. Although if you need to make an exchange or return with us, we ask that you follow the following instructions:

  • All items must be returned in their original packaging, unused and undamaged. If there is any type of stain or dirt, a charge of €8 will be deducted from the refund (per item).
  • You must send us an email requesting an exchange or return during the first 30 days after receiving your jewelry.
  • Returns are not free if you have changed your mind and the items purchased do not interest you. For more information about the cheapest shipments, we recommend that you go to your nearest post office to receive assistance with your shipment.
  • The return will be free as long as the item received does not correspond to the one requested or its condition is different from that shown through our website saraandvalentina.com

Your refund will be processed within 10 days of receiving the merchandise in our warehouse. You will receive an email when your return or refund is processed.

Sara&Valentina guarantee that all orders will be sent complete and in optimal condition for your enjoyment and peace of mind. In the event that the product arrives incomplete or defective, Sara&Valentina will replace the item and the customer will return the item at Sara&Valentina's expense.

Color Guarantee

All our products are waterproof and therefore should not lose color over time in addition to being hypoallergenic with a very low probability of generating skin reactions. For all this, Sara&Valentina guarantees total color loss during the first year. If any of our jewelry loses all of its color, the customer must first send photographs of the jewelry that has a manufacturing defect to the following email address: info@saraandvalentina.com for inspection by our qualified personnel. If the product belongs to a collection that is no longer in the catalogue, you may request an exchange for another jewel of equal value or a gift card for the amount of the defective item.
